- Yoga Therapy , Core Strengthening and stretch routines for overall fitness, flexibility, joint and cardiovascular conditioning
- Techniques to ease stress and discomfort with particular reference to spine, back, neck, shoulders and gut
- Chair Yoga available for anyone who cannot easily get up and down from the floor , or a wheelchair user
- Regardless of how unfit, stiff or inactive you may feel - these classes are for you - let this be the first step towards a newly rejuvenated you!
- More dynamic, energetic yoga can also be facilitated if required.

A Typical Class
Approximately one hour will be spent stretching, but don't worry, the stretches will be tailored to suit you and will be interspersed with rest periods of breathing, relaxation and tension release....and perhaps a glass of ice cold water! Your efforts will be amply rewarded by an experience of relaxation which will leave you glowing from the inside out.

- breathing and relaxation techniques to include mindfulness, visualisation and meditation - in response to the requirements of the group
Yoga for You will introduce you to routines designed to:
- harmonise and energise the body
- gently stretch and strengthen all the muscles
- stimulate the glands and improve circulation
- boost the metabolism to encourage the body to cleanse and detox
- loosen and strengthen the back
- improve mobility and flexibility of the joints
- improve balance and coordination
- quieten the mind and the heart
- improve concentration
- help bring you peace of mind and heart
